Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients across various age groups.
Serve as a clinical leader and assume relief charge duties when designated.
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies.
Participate in patient safety initiatives and improve patient care protocols.
Administer medications and assist with special tests and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months
Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS
TNCC and/or ENPC
