Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Guest Supply, you will build and maintain relationships with customers in the hospitality industry, utilizing consultative selling techniques to promote a diverse range of products. You will focus on helping customers succeed while achieving sales goals, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques and sales training resources
  • Manage assigned accounts and take corrective action as needed
  • Consult with accounts on new products, company changes and pricing
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure customer payments
  • Assist in the setup of new accounts and coordinate with other departments
  • Accurately forecast sales results and trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
  • 3 years sales experience with proven record of sales success
  • Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales
  • Experience with trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization
