Job Description
As a Sales Consultant at Guest Supply, you will build and maintain relationships with customers in the hospitality industry, utilizing consultative selling techniques to promote a diverse range of products. You will focus on helping customers succeed while achieving sales goals, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Utilize consultative selling techniques and sales training resources
Manage assigned accounts and take corrective action as needed
Consult with accounts on new products, company changes and pricing
Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure customer payments
Assist in the setup of new accounts and coordinate with other departments
Accurately forecast sales results and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
3 years sales experience with proven record of sales success
Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales
Experience with trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization
