As the Director of Affordability at Sanofi, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance patient access to therapies, focusing on affordability in the pharmacy benefit sector. This role involves collaboration across teams, vendor management, and driving impactful changes within the Patient Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement affordability strategy for pharmacy benefit design
Ensure strategy aligns with company goals to improve patient access
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program enhancements
Manage copay assistance program vendor relationships
Establish operational SLAs and KPIs for program effectiveness
Monitor vendor performance and manage escalations
Develop business processes within Sanofi’s CRM system
Lead on the Affordability COE leadership team
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field
10+ years of experience in affordability program management or patient support services
5+ years in a supervisory role
Experience in patient support services, healthcare management, or related area
Strong understanding of market dynamics and best practices in patient affordability
Ability to travel up to 25% of time
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MFin) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
