Key Responsibilities
Develops, updates, and delivers course content aligned with National EMS Education Standards
Coordinates assigned courses including planning, implementation, and evaluation
Provides lectures and supervises skill labs
Evaluates student progress and provides feedback
Supports Clinical Coordinator and provides tutoring/remediation
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required
Minimum 3 years of progressive field/clinical experience as a Paramedic or Emergency Nurse
Documented teaching experience
Licensed Paramedic or Registered Nurse in the program state
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Supervisory experience
EMS education program development experience
NREMT certification
Instructor Certifications (AHA ACLS, PHTLS, PALS) required within one year of hire
