• Float Requirement: Willingness to float to Vineland location as needed
• Hourly Pay Rate: $69.75
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1690 - $1820

Medical Laboratory Technician Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MLT Generalist with Blood Bank specialty in a hospital laboratory setting
• ASCP certification required
• Active New Jersey State Licensure required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Ability to complete all orientation requirements as scheduled (no rescheduling permitted)
• Maximum of 3 days requested time off (RTO) during contract

Lab Tech Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests and procedures as a generalist, with emphasis on Blood Bank operations
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment including Siemens and Syntex analyzers
• Provide clinical support by floating to Vineland location as needed
• Comply with all hospital and laboratory policies, including safety and quality standards
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training, including virtual and in-person classes
• Complete all required modules and obtain hospital ID badge during orientation
