Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Conducts psychological assessments, including test administration and interpretation
Collaborates with physicians for psychotropic medication evaluations
Provides clinical supervision to psychology interns and trainees
Utilizes resources from public and private agencies for member treatment
Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies
Required Qualifications
PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology
Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis
Experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions
Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods
Knowledge of bio-psycho-social functions related to mental health
Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy
Experience in psychological evaluations of adults, children, adolescents, and families
Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity
