Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs
  • Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
  • Conducts psychological assessments, including test administration and interpretation
  • Collaborates with physicians for psychotropic medication evaluations
  • Provides clinical supervision to psychology interns and trainees
  • Utilizes resources from public and private agencies for member treatment
  • Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies

Required Qualifications

  • PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology
  • Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis
  • Experience in assessing, diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods
  • Knowledge of bio-psycho-social functions related to mental health
  • Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy
  • Experience in psychological evaluations of adults, children, adolescents, and families
  • Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity
  • Commitment to quality service and teamwork
