Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns and filings in a timely manner
Manage client relationships by addressing questions and providing advice
Lead and mentor team members to ensure quality results and professional growth
Work independently to handle projects efficiently, staying organized and meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications
7-8 years of continuous tax experience in public accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Strong client management and communication skills
Proven experience leading teams and working independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
CPA certification
Familiarity with international tax, trust and estate tax, or high-net-worth individual tax
Experience using ProSystems FX and CCH Engagement software
