LHH is seeking a Sr. Manager of Legal Applications to join our client's team in a full-time, hybrid role in Riverside County, CA. As the Senior Manager of Legal Applications , you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the software ecosystem used by the legal team within our client's organization. This position requires close collaboration with legal stakeholders to gather business requirements and coordination with development teams to deliver effective solutions. You will also be responsible for providing training and technical support for a suite of legal-specific applications, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, Intellectual Property (IP) software, Litera Compare , and other platforms critical to legal operations. Responsibilities: Manage internal and external resources to provide solutions. Serve as the primary IT contact for all legal software needs, including CLM, Litera Compare, Resolver, Microsoft Word, and any additional software as needed. Partner with business teams on development and feature enhancements in the CLM tool and provide user support. Create clear processes based on business use cases and industry best practices. Provide reports that illustrate business success. Manage a team that resolves, monitors, and tracks issues to resolution, ensuring user satisfaction through accurate problem identification and diagnosis. Maintain documentation (i.e., knowledgebase) regarding all potential solutions, including workarounds and permanent solutions. Provide strategic guidance and forward-thinking support when implementing applications. Stay up to date with current solutions in the marketplace to proactively support legal teams. Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field. Desired Experience: More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration. Desired Computer Skills: Deep knowledge of Conga CPQ and CLM, Workshare Compare, Resolver, iManage. Preferred Certifications: Certified Legal Management (CLM) 102. Additional Knowledge or Skills: Understanding of legal terminology and workflows. Base Salary Range: $112,500 - $165,000.
