Key Responsibilities
Prepare delicious, nourishing, and well-balanced meals to meet daily nutritional needs
Follow standardized recipes and prepare foods according to menu cycles
Cook and present appetizing meals in proper quantities and temperatures
Use food supplies and equipment efficiently to prevent waste
Prepare and maintain food alternatives for guest choices
Supervise culinary staff regarding food storage, preparation, and cleaning
Supervise culinary center’s employees in absence of chef or dietary manager
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of experience as a cook or dietary aide in an institutional food service setting preferred
