Qualifications:

• 2 years current experience - Required
• MT or MLT with strong blood bank experience.- Required
• Performing blood typing, serological, and compatibility testing, preparing blood and blood components for transfusion, and maintaining accurate records.
• Responsible for quality control, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• BLS - Required
