Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Obtain and record vital signs
Provide psychosocial support and personal care
Assist residents with meals and snacks
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Communicate changes in resident condition to charge nurse
Maintain cleanliness of living areas
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Minimum age of 16
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long-term care
Enrollment in CNA training program
