Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluation, assessing & identifying patient’s needs
  • Provides comfort touch massage therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care
  • Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided

Required Qualifications

  • Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy
  • One year of Massage Therapy experience
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospice massage therapy experience
