Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support, where you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding clients onto our Brokerage platform. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive success in the retirement business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination during client development, testing, and deployment integration
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and integration needs
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
  • Work with the Agile delivery team to craft high quality customer-centric user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs for system enhancements and bug fixes

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects and priorities
  • 2-3 years Data analysis
  • 3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2 years SQL, script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2 years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
