Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor and play a crucial role in helping customers manage their auto loans. You'll engage with customers to collect payments, negotiate plans, and provide support while contributing to their journey towards vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances.
Educate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers to influence them to make needed payments.
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments.
Assist customers with debt repayment plans, including modifications and deferments.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
