Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Hospice Nurse to provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families. This role involves delivering holistic, patient-centered care in accordance with hospice philosophy and best nursing practices, while utilizing EPIC for documentation.

Unit Notes & Facility Policies:

• Call-Off Policy: OSF allows an equivalent of 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or financial obligation for missed shifts.
• Orientation: 12 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
• Drug-Free Workplace: OSF is a Drug-Free Campus; candidates must provide a negative drug screen for all panels prior to employment.
