LPN Staff I - Long Term Care

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely, accurate medication administration and documentation
• Performs treatments and documents progress as per physician orders
• Assures complete resident care documentation using computerized medical records
• Receives/gives relevant reports from/to appropriate staff
• Monitors residents and reports condition status to charge nurse/supervisor
• Completes pre-reviews of medication administration records
• Completes required MDS documentation and observations
• Supports CNA team in direct ADL care of residents
