Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries
Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues
Escalate interactions when necessary
Respond to assistance requests and process payments
Track call-related information for auditing purposes
Provide feedback on call issues
Upsell products/services if required
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven call center experience
Typing 25 WPM
Proficient in PC operation and navigation
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
IT/Network certifications/degrees
Entry-level network troubleshooting experience
Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
