Job Description

Join Teleperformance USA as a Client Service Associate and be the voice of our brand. You'll work in a dynamic environment, fielding customer inquiries and providing solutions while growing your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Respond to assistance requests and process payments
  • Track call-related information for auditing purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell products/services if required

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT/Network certifications/degrees
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
