Key Responsibilities
Provide Underwriters with account knowledge related to hazards and management
Evaluate company risk factors and differentiate accounts
Build relationships with Underwriting, Claims, and Brokers
Complete risk assessment evaluations for complex businesses
Write detailed reports assessing risk and recommendations
Identify uncontrolled exposures and influence corrective actions
Provide solutions for risk mitigation
Stay current with technical subjects and regulatory environment
Create a valued customer experience through assessments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or graduate degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, construction management, basic sciences or related fields
Seven years of experience in safety, risk control/management, or related field
Valid driver's license
Ability to attain appropriate certification to meet state-specific requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced level knowledge of insurance industry
Recognized relevant certifications (such as ASP, CSP, ARM, CFPS)
