Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events
  • Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
  • Build a vast network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups
  • Sell Spectrum's products at exceptional values
  • Participate in sales meetings and training

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication, listening, relationship-building and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn about products; comfortable having sales conversations about technology
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude, resilient
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle needed
  • Flexibility in schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
  • Experience in door-to-door sales
