Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events
Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
Build a vast network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups
Sell Spectrum's products at exceptional values
Participate in sales meetings and training
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, listening, relationship-building and multi-tasking skills
Willingness to learn about products; comfortable having sales conversations about technology
Ability to work independently, results-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude, resilient
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle needed
Flexibility in schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
