Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

MedAdventures is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services in the Hillsdale, MI area. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and making a meaningful impact in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to patients in the Hillsdale area
• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans
• Help patients regain independence with ADLs and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety practices
• Accurately document visits and progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home health team

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
