Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment in collaboration with care team
Monitor and document patient's coping mechanisms and provide crisis intervention
Provide input and recommendations to the clinical team for care plans
Report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to care team
Utilize critical thinking skills and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1 year of related Behavioral Health experience
