Key Responsibilities
Apply fertilizer and crop protection products
Pick up and deliver product to customers
Educate customers on products and techniques
Assist sales staff in meeting patron needs
Drive loader and forklift, perform mechanics and maintenance
Lift and load products for 1-2 hours daily
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work environment
Complete daily maintenance inspections
Required Qualifications
Meet minimum age requirement
Ability to pass custom chemical applicator's test
Preferred Qualifications
Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
Agriculture background highly preferred
