Key Responsibilities
Supervises daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyzes data for optimal delivery plans and customer service
Recommends work schedules and changes
Coordinates repairs and reviews productivity reporting
Communicates with sales and marketing associates
Conducts safety inspections and training
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major
HazMat certification
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
