Job Description

Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Facility Administrator, where you will lead the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will drive growth, manage staff, and implement clinical processes to improve patient outcomes while achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall daily management and operation of the clinic
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical professionals

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Must meet applicable, specific state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
