Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive at Quill, you will drive sales growth by converting new customers and building strategies to expand market presence. This remote role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with prospects, present solutions, and exceed performance goals while maintaining strong relationships within the public sector and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for engaging presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek constant improvement through coaching
  • Foster a positive culture and team environment
  • Work with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/ GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
