Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion
Identify additional needs customers may have
Complete the sale or renewal of health plans
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license
Minimum six months sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service orientation
Strong computer navigation skills
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
