Job Description
Join Crash Champions as an Auto Body Technician and be part of a leading collision repair service. You'll utilize your skills to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs while collaborating with a team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicles and plan repair process
Communicate with others on vehicle repair status
Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status
Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time
Remove upholstery and trim to access vehicle components
Participate in safety meetings
Use power tools and hand tools for repairs
Direct the work of an apprentice when needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
Ability to supervise repair personnel
Must be able to pass thorough background check
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in body repair preferred
I-CAR welding certified
