Job Description
Join Intuit as a Senior Tax Associate, where you'll work remotely to assist customers with tax preparation using TurboTax products. Utilize your expertise to provide tax advice and ensure customer satisfaction while enjoying flexible hours and valuable company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
