Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient/client care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assume responsibility for providing physical therapy treatment as per established plans of care
Maintain high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant school
Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Medicare National Provider Identification Number (NPI) within 30 days of hire
Specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required
