Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical design and non-advocate reviews
Perform fatigue and risk analyses using advanced computational methods
Lead engineering teams for production and fleet management
Develop and implement best practices in collaboration with stakeholders
Conduct testing to validate methods and analytical predictions
Prepare technical reports and presentations
Mentor engineers at all levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
20+ years of experience in testing, statistical/probabilistic analysis, fatigue loading, and damage tolerance analysis
10+ years of experience with fixed wing military aircraft platforms
10+ years of experience collaborating with multiple customers
10+ years of experience with structural analysis/fatigue software tools
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Boeing specific structural analysis/fatigue software tools
3+ years of experience across the aerospace industry
