Job Description
Join OneMain Financial as an Account Manager, where you'll support customers by providing consultative solutions for loan repayments. In a collaborative environment, you'll engage with customers through various digital channels, enhancing their financial outlook while meeting team targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with all financial servicing needs through both inbound and outbound contact.
Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, following all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and note all appropriate information and documentation on customer and account status.
Collaborate both in person and virtually, using available technology to connect with other internal teams.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in customer service, collections or call center environments
Bilingual: Spanish
