Job Description

Join OneMain Financial as an Account Manager, where you'll support customers by providing consultative solutions for loan repayments. In a collaborative environment, you'll engage with customers through various digital channels, enhancing their financial outlook while meeting team targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with all financial servicing needs through both inbound and outbound contact.
  • Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, following all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and note all appropriate information and documentation on customer and account status.
  • Collaborate both in person and virtually, using available technology to connect with other internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
  • Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in customer service, collections or call center environments
  • Bilingual: Spanish
