Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, research and resolve problems related to member accounts/loans
  • Assist members with loan applications and overdraft protection
  • Counsel members about products and services
  • Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
  • Identify opportunities for product cross-selling
  • Perform platform banking functions
  • Assist level I team members
  • Comply with federal regulations regarding financial products
  • Assist with branch office vault procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of savings and checking products, accounts and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in member/customer service, preferably in a call center, retail banking or financial institution
  • Experience in working in a credit union environment
