Key Responsibilities
Analyze, research and resolve problems related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with loan applications and overdraft protection
Counsel members about products and services
Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments
Identify opportunities for product cross-selling
Perform platform banking functions
Assist level I team members
Comply with federal regulations regarding financial products
Assist with branch office vault procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Working knowledge of savings and checking products, accounts and services

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in member/customer service, preferably in a call center, retail banking or financial institution
Experience in working in a credit union environment
