Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Real Estate Administrative Director to join our growing team. Serve as the central point of communication for all administrative and client-related tasks Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met Create CMAs, listing packets, and marketing materials as needed Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and internal trackers Support daily operations and team logistics, including scheduling, communications, and document management Must have a valid Real Estate License Previous real estate administrative experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.) We welcome and encourage diversity in our workplace. #
