Ratios: 1:1 active labor, 1:3 couplet, 1:3 NICU intermediate

Systems: Meditech, CPN

Float: Cross-trained between LDRP & NICU as needed

Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring

Experience: Labor/delivery, postpartum, and newborn transition care required
