As a Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Randstad USA, you will connect top talent with leading clients by proactively sourcing candidates and managing the hiring process. You will utilize innovative tools and collaborate with team members to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source active and passive candidates
Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
Manage the hiring and placement process
Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
Develop and execute effective recruiting plans
Prepare candidates for client interviews and present competitive offer packages
Stay informed about market trends
Utilize various social media platforms to amplify brand visibility
Manage the disciplinary process for talent
Ensure compliance with policies and client requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
1+ year in recruiting professional roles
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong understanding of business operations and/or office management best practices
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
CAP, PACE Certification
Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting
Proven success using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate talent leads
