Job Description
Join Pilgrim's as a Production Associate where safety is the priority. You'll be responsible for processing products and ensuring high standards while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process product according to operating procedures
Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist team members with skills and knowledge
Follow company safety and quality policies
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Adhere to animal welfare guidelines
Required Qualifications
Ability to comprehend simple instructions
Ability to apply common sense
Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations
Ability to work in cool temperatures
Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
Ability to multitask and work quickly
Good communication skills
Good hand and eye coordination
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
