Key Responsibilities
Oversee and contribute to the verification, preparation, and dispensing of prescription orders
Counsel and educate patients on medication treatment and disease states
Provide immunizations to community members
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Required Qualifications
PharmD. Degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Current Pharmacy and Pharmacy Preceptor licensure in Texas
Current pharmacy-based immunization certification
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of an ASHP-accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Community Pharmacy Residency
