Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care under supervision
Administer medications or treatments as ordered
Contribute to assessment of residents
Document resident interactions and outcomes
Counsel residents and family members on treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license
Completion of supervised clinical experience
IV therapy/management skills (if required)
