Job Description

As a District Sales Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will lead a team to build brand loyalty and achieve sales objectives, while representing the company to distributor partners. Your role includes managing customer accounts, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer account contacts
  • Monitor business activities for compliance
  • Develop action plans for annual objectives
  • Create customer programs for product visibility
  • Identify key decision makers for account management
  • Audit account sales records for accuracy
  • Adjust coverage responsibilities for goal achievement
  • Train, manage and motivate Sales and Merchandising team
  • Manage within operating and marketing budgets

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of merchandising experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Valid auto insurance
