Job Description

Join Martin Equipment as a General Manager and lead a dedicated team in driving business performance and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and aligning strategic goals across locations in a family-owned company known for its commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage location P&L and drive margin across sales, parts, and service
  • Build, coach, and align a team around service excellence and accountability
  • Solve high-level customer challenges and manage escalations
  • Maintain a professional facility and streamline workflow
  • Work across locations to align with company-wide initiatives and leadership goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
  • Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience, and a solid understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
