Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in compliance with licensure standards
Develop patient-centered care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and assistive devices
Coordinate treatment schedules with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor program effectiveness and initiate new programs
Document patient information and discharge plans
Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license from North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license from Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of start date
Preferred Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification from National Board Cert. Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
