Job Description
Join Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. In this full-time role, you will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Required Qualifications
Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
