Job Description
Join Citizens as a Wealth Management Client Associate to engage with high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized financial planning and exceptional service. Collaborate with a dynamic team to grow client relationships and achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances through financial planning conversations
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues across various lines of business
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or relevant experience
Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients
SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
