Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Assist callers with questions or concerns
  • Greet patients and manage wait time
  • Complete check-in and check-out tasks
  • Collect co-payments and issue receipts
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors
  • Manage medical records
  • Process incoming faxes
  • Ensure all correspondence is scanned and filed
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
