Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Assist callers with questions or concerns
Greet patients and manage wait time
Complete check-in and check-out tasks
Collect co-payments and issue receipts
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Manage medical records
Process incoming faxes
Ensure all correspondence is scanned and filed
Establish and maintain effective working relationships
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience working in a healthcare or medical office setting
Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone
Working knowledge of general office procedures
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
