Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized care and education to infants and women in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Develop individualized feeding plans including breastfeeding support, breast pumping, and supplementation
Support patient-centered care aligned with nursing and organizational values

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) upon hire
2 years Experience providing lactation care in a Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, or SCN department or in an outpatient mother baby clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
