Job Description
Join Soar Autism Center as an Early Childhood Provider and make a significant impact on the lives of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, play-based support in a nurturing environment. No prior certification is needed, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to young children (ages 2–6) in a clinic-based setting using play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques
Follow intervention plans developed by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Build trusting relationships with children and families while promoting developmental milestones
Required Qualifications
Experience working with young children, especially ages 2–6
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfort using computers and tablets
Reliable transportation to training and assigned center locations
Ability to meet physical requirements such as sitting/kneeling on the floor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or holding a college degree
