Job Description
Join Hunter Creek Health and Rehabilitation as a Staff Development Nurse (RN) and play a pivotal role in training and developing clinical and non-clinical staff. Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and provides instruction to new and tenured staff
Implements and monitors orientation program for new employees
Completes and maintains accurate working schedules in compliance with regulations
Participates in QA meetings and daily morning meetings
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse by State required
At least three years nursing experience
Clerical ability to read reports and utilize data
Skill in organizing and planning programs
Ability to plan and direct the department
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long term care or with the geriatric population as a Staff Development Nurse
