Job Description
Join The Laurels of Blanchester as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and lead a skilled nursing community focused on excellence in care. Manage operations, ensure profitability, and promote a compassionate environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility
Provide input into the annual operating budget
Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget
Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff
Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Current administrator’s license in the state
At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility
Preferred Qualifications
