Job Description

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Program Planner to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for programs. This role involves detailed analysis of schedules, ensuring compliance with requirements, and supporting program management in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements
Conduct analysis for critical path, schedule variance, and trends
Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS
Assist with the development of the Program Master Phasing Schedule

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
Minimum of 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling experience
Experience using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience analyzing schedule data and conducting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite
Understanding of product development principles including Agile Software development
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with EVMS tools and software applications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
