Key Responsibilities
Provide HR Generalist support to the BioLife Plasma Services network
Support organizational initiatives for leadership development and employee engagement
Conduct employee listening sessions and analyze feedback
Manage employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
Participate in local talent planning and support talent management
Deliver management training and facilitate HR training for managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources generalist experience required
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Prior human resource professional experience working with leaders in a large/matrix organization is a plus
